Gulf Franchise Hub connects franchisors and prospective franchisees through franchise listings, introductions, lead packages, franchise development and consultancy services. The scope, deliverables, fees and timetable for a paid engagement are set out in its written agreement.

2. Franchise information and investment decisions

Listings, investment amounts and availability may change and may be supplied by independent franchise brands. Information on this website is general information, not a binding offer or a guarantee of profitability, funding, regulatory approval or a successful franchise agreement. You should independently verify the information and obtain appropriate legal, financial and commercial advice before committing to an investment.

3. Enquiries and introductions

Provide accurate contact details and business requirements. When you request information about a franchise, the details needed to respond may be shared with the relevant brand or its representative. An enquiry or recommendation does not reserve a territory or create a franchise agreement. Any franchise transaction requires a separate agreement with the relevant parties.

4. Acceptable use

You must not submit misleading or unlawful material, impersonate another person, send unsolicited messages through the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website or collect personal information without authority. Keep any account credentials confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorised use.

5. Listings and intellectual property

Independent franchisors, linked websites and payment providers operate under their own terms. Gulf Franchise Hub is responsible for its own agreed services; an introduction does not make us a party to a separate franchise agreement or responsible for a third party's performance.

8. Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or investment decisions made solely in reliance on general website information.
